In conventional cylinder positioning applications, there are usually cylinder positioners or valve positioners on the field actuators. There is a mechanical feedback connecting rod between the positioner and the actuator such as valve body, flap door or cylinder rod, which directly drives the cylinder positioner or valve controller with precise design, complicated adjustment and poor resistance to external force impact. Cylinder positioner or valve positioner is often used in harsh environment such as corrosion, high temperature, high humidity, mud, inflammable and explosive. If it is not used properly, this part is often damaged. For example: pneumatic control valve in harsh environment will always appear cylinder positioner imbalance caused by trouble.

The servo cylinder gets rid of the complicated mechanical connection mechanism. For the field actuator, the servo cylinder has no cylinder positioner or valve positioner, only an electric feedback sensor poured in the cylinder. The sensor can work normally at high temperature of 120 ℃ and is poured inside the cylinder, which will not affect the installation dimension space of the standard cylinder, and because it is a high-temperature casting package, there is no need to worry about the harsh environment on site. It is only designed on the actuator or valve body in the structure of conventional cylinder. It brings incomparable convenience to design and field use.

In addition, the electronic control part of the servo cylinder is an intelligent control core. Although the control core is highly integrated, highly intelligent and very precise, it does not need mechanical connection with the actuator, only one wire and two gas pipes are needed for connection, so it can be far away from the site and installed in the safety area or even inside the power distribution cabinet. As a result, the complicated control of mechanical connection feedback becomes intelligent electronic cylinder positioner control. Wear resistant electrode

The servo cylinder does not need special instrument. It can realize synchronous displacement remote transmission display through electronic cylinder positioner. The multi-channel switch value can be controlled by programming. The open 485 communication programming port can communicate with the instrument and PLC, and there is a programmable PID regulating system inside. More accurate adjustment can be made to the phenomenon of lead and lag in process control.
